General Questions
Where can I find strain genetics information?
You can find our strain genetics information on the following platforms:
Why is there a variance in percentages on some of your labels?
The state requires ALL products are tested multiple times.
Regulators require a label claim, which comes from the required R&D test.
The required R&D test is added to the label and applied to the product before that product can be collected for final compliance testing.
This is required and must take place before it can be sent out for distribution.
In testing, there is usually some variance.
Anything less than a 10% variance in percentage between the R&D test and the final compliance test can occur and is considered compliant. If the variance is greater than 10%, we relabel that product with the information from the final compliance test.
Refined Live Resin™ Cartridges
What is Refined Live Resin™?
Refined Live Resin™ is a strain-specific batch of Live Resin that has a small amount of impurities removed, i.e. fats, waxes, tannins. The desired cannabinoids and terpenes remain to allow the same great taste and flavor but in a pen form. It is 100% Cannabis oil with Cannabis derived terpenes, we use no cutting agents or additives, ever.
What is your preferred voltage for Raw Garden cartridges?
Between 2.6-3.2 volts is recommended for Citrus/Fruity flavors, OG strains still taste great at a higher voltage 3.3-3.7. Our current battery is at 3.7v.
Why is my vape cartridge air bubble big?
Our cartridges are meant to be filled up to 0.7g but we fill them up to 0.55g. Once the cartridge starts to sit from their manufacturing date the wick will absorb the oil, causing the air bubble to appear bigger. If you scroll back through our feed you will see that all of our vape cartridge photos have air bubbles.

What are your battery instructions?
Our battery is CCell's M3 Battery, and you will only need to charge it for about an hour to an hour and a half. When your battery starts to blink ten times with the green light, that means it is time to charge. When it is ready, it will stay a steady green light. You can plug it into any USB port such as your computer, a wall outlet, and so forth. When you are ready to use, the bottom light will illuminate while the heater is activated, and you only need to inhale for 2-4 seconds at a time to produce a surprisingly large and super smooth draw. The battery will last you for many draws. Some of our colleague's battery will last for over a day with steady use.

Live Resin and Live Sauce
What is your starting material for Sauces and Live Resin?
Single Source whole plant fresh frozen flowers from our farm.
What is Sauce?
A cannabis extract with a sticky, liquid consistency. Sauce extractions contain high levels of terpenes and are typically the most flavorful of extracts. Sauce is produced utilizing a closed loop system and allows the THCa to crystallize under various pressures and temperatures. This environment promotes the natural separation of the major cannabinoids from the terpene-rich portion.
What is Live Resin Sauce?
Live Resin Sauce is made from fresh frozen plant material that was not dried and cured but rather frozen immediately after harvest. The starting plant material is a key indicator as to whether a Sauce is considered “live.” Consumers who value sauce for its high terpene content will find the distinction between Live Resin Sauce and Sauce made from dried and cured flower particularly useful. If the extraction technician is able to retain the full spectrum of compounds available in the fresh frozen plant material at the time that it was processed, Live Resin Sauce can be considered full spectrum, though the terms Live Resin and full spectrum are not synonymous.
How do you store Live Sauce/Live Resin?
Sauce and Live Resin is best stored in a fridge or a freezer with the lid sealed on tight. Let thaw for 5 minutes prior to opening for use.
Can you consume Live Resin and Sauce with edibles?
Consuming Sauce is best for dabbing/vaporizing but does not mean that you cannot eat it with an edible. Before eating with an edible, you will need to decarb it first. To decarb sauce, you will need to put it in a Pyrex dish in an oven at 240F degrees for 30 minutes. Then you will need to cool it down before eating with an edible or adding it as an ingredient. You can also mix it with coconut oil to be eaten or used as a topical.
Can you consume Live Sauce/Live Resin right out of cold storage?
No, exposing the Live Sauce/Live Resin to the atmosphere can cause condensation on the product which may make your dab sizzle in your nail. Bring to room temperature before opening for use.
