Please note:
Concerns and issues must be reported in a reasonable amount of time
Defective/damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of purchase
Cartridges and dabbables must have a reasonable amount left
The product is required to receive an exchange/replacement
Receipts are required to receive an exchange/replacement
Please remember returns are at the discretion of the retailer:
Retailers have different return policies
Some retailers may not accept returns
Most retailers will not accept returns if the product was purchased at another retailer
